Bhiwandi building collapse: Man who initiated repairs arrested

  1. Amritlal Mithailal Nishad, 49, caretaker of the B-wing of Kohinoor Apartment in Bhiwandi, was arrested on Sunday for initiating repairs without municipal permission, leading to the collapse that killed 10.
