Friend recalls Sara Duffey's doubts about husband before murder

Oklahoma influencer Sara Duffey was shot dead by her estranged husband Jeremiah Shawn Duffey in a murder-suicide on July 23, 2026.

Days before her murder, Duffey told friend Bekki Rainer Tilley she did not think her husband would hurt her.

Duffey had filed a protective order against Shawn after alleging he was a pedophile and had threatened suicide.

Shawn killed Sara and then turned the gun on himself; Tilley called him a ‘monster’ in a Facebook post.
