Bystander who confronted Idaho shooter identified
Jordan Salinas has been identified online as the armed bystander who fired back at the Twin Falls In-N-Out gunman Chad Williams on August 1, 2026.
Twin Falls police have not officially confirmed Salinas' identity or role, and his name has only been shared by social media users.
Witness Lane Koehn saw a person with a pistol fire at the rifle-armed gunman and then help a wounded In-N-Out employee until paramedics arrived.
Salinas' online presence reportedly includes firearms training content; a 2024 Facebook post describes a shooting drill with a suppressed FN Five-seveN USG and urges followers to 'train like your life depends on it.'
Three people were killed and several others injured in the shooting, and the gunman Chad Williams was later found dead nearby.
