Noida Twin Towers demolition firm Edifice to raze tilted Bengaluru tower; ₹20 crore rebuild, buyers to get compensation

Edifice Engineering, which demolished Noida's Supertech Twin Towers, will raze the tilted 18-storey SNN Raj Etternia tower in Bengaluru.

Developer SNN Raj Corp voluntarily decided to demolish and rebuild Block E-3 after it developed a tilt, affecting 49 premium apartments.

The entire rebuilding exercise is estimated to cost ₹20 crore and will be funded internally, with no financial burden on buyers.

SNN Raj Corp will pay financial compensation to all 49 affected homebuyers during reconstruction to offset EMI and rental expenses.

Demolition will use diamond wire rope cutting to minimize vibrations and ensure safety of neighboring towers.
