  1. SNN Raj Corp will demolish an 18-floor tower at SNN Raj Etternia complex near Kudlu off Hosur Road, Bengaluru, three months after Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) issued an occupancy certificate for the building.

  2. The tower tilts due to an error in the original geotechnical investigation by a consultant who interchanged critical soil readings, according to builder director Anuj Sanjay Jain.

  3. The tower contains 49 flats; buyers were ready to move in but must wait while the builder demolishes and reconstructs the tower over the next two years.

  4. SNN Raj Corp has sought GBA's permission to revoke the occupancy certificate for this tower and demolish it within six months, then rebuild in 18 months.

  5. Of the project's 972 apartments across 15 towers, 822 have been handed over; the other 14 towers are unaffected.
