Bengaluru builder to demolish newly completed 18-storey tower after it develops a tilt just months after receiving OC

SNN Raj Corporation will voluntarily demolish an 18-storey tower in its SNN Raj Etternia project near Kudlu, South Bengaluru.
The tower, Block E-3, developed a tilt three months after receiving an Occupancy Certificate due to a geotechnical error.
All 49 apartments in the tower had been sold and were priced between ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore.
Unlike the Supertech Twin Towers demolition in Noida and Maradu flats in Kochi, this demolition is initiated by the builder, not ordered by a court.
The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) confirmed the developer has approached for approval to demolish and rebuild.
