Is Nolan Wells' toxicology report out? Ben Crump urges public to ‘remain focused on the facts’

Mississippi Department of Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindell said a fake toxicology report about Nolan Wells is circulating online and called it fraudulent.

State authorities completed Nolan Wells' official autopsy report on July 30, but results have not been publicly released.

Ben Crump, representing Wells' family, urged the public to remain focused on facts and noted the family has not seen the results.

District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath asked the public to let the investigation proceed to protect the integrity of the process.

The Mississippi State Medical Examiner performed the autopsy on July 7 and submitted it to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
