Nolan Wells update: ‘Fake’ toxicology reports in focus as Mississippi official, friend's lawyer issue warning

A fake toxicology report about Nolan Wells, an 18-year-old student-athlete found dead after going missing on July 4, is circulating on social media.

Mississippi Department of Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindell called the report fraudulent and urged people not to share it.

Russell Latino, lawyer for Nolan's friend Bart Edminson Jr, also warned that fake reports look real and undermine the investigation.

Latino sent a cease-and-desist letter to an OnlyFans model who falsely claimed Bart helped cover up Nolan's death.

Official toxicology results have not been released.
