Mumbai's seven reservoirs hold 49.92% of live storage capacity as of July 14, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Water reserves dipped by 111 million litres over 24 hours, with no rainfall in most catchment areas.
Vihar Lake is at 100% live storage and began overflowing on July 7; Tulsi Lake is at 98.84% and overflowed the same day.
Bhatsa, Mumbai's largest water source, holds 44.80% of its capacity; Upper Vaitarna stands at 28.38%.
Earlier heavy monsoon inflows have kept reserves healthy, easing immediate water supply concerns.
