CWG: Rupa Rani, Pinki stay unbeaten as Indian duo closes in on women's pairs semis

Indian lawn bowls pair Rupa Rani Tirkey and Pinki Singh defeated Tonga's Paris Baker and Milika Nathan 2-0 via a tie-breaker in the women's pairs Section B match at the Commonwealth Games 2026.

The Indian duo remained unbeaten with their third consecutive win, closing in on a semifinal berth.

Both Rupa Rani Tirkey and Pinki Singh were members of India's historic women's fours team that won Commonwealth Games gold in Birmingham in 2022.

Indian swimmers Dhakshan Shashikumar and Aryan Nehra did not qualify for the finals in the men's 400m freestyle event.
