CWG 2026: Gulveer Singh looking for a strong finish

Gulveer Singh aims for a strong finish at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

He reset national records in the 5,000m (12:59.77) and 10,000m (27:00.22) in the last two years.

Gulveer won gold in both events at the Asian Championships.

At the World Championships in Tokyo, he finished 16th in the 10,000m and missed the 5,000m final by 0.19 seconds.

Gulveer will face strong competition from runners from Kenya and Uganda, including Jacob Kiplimo.
