May rethink over Delimitation Bill if Opposition's amendments incorporated: Sanjay Raut

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said Opposition will resist the proposed Delimitation Bill but may reconsider if the government incorporates their amendments.
The government intends to bring the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill proposing to raise Lok Sabha seats to 850 and initiate delimitation.
Raut was speaking in Nagpur ahead of the Sena (UBT)'s 'Ram Raksha Andolan' against alleged embezzlement of donations at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
NCP (SP) working president Supriya Sule said if the bill is based on a uniform 50% seat increase across states, there would be little reason to oppose it.
Raut said no decision has been made on whether the bill will come up in the Monsoon session starting July 20, and a collective Opposition decision will be taken.
