Tanvi Sharma, 17, won her maiden BWF World Tour title at the Taipei Open.
She defeated Nguyen Thuy Linh of Vietnam 21-16, 21-16 in the final.
The win made her the youngest winner in the tournament's 46-year history.
She had lost three previous World Tour finals and the World Junior Championships final last year.
She is the fourth Indian to win a BWF World Tour title this season, after PV Sindhu, Devika Sihag, and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy/Chirag Shetty.
