Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana release date report emerges

Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana, was screened in 3D at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi for select media and industry insiders.

Trade analyst GV posted first impressions praising the film's casting, visuals, music, and Indian aesthetic, and his mention of November 8 sparked speculation about a possible theatrical release date.

If released on November 8, 2026, Ramayana may face competition from Takashi Yamazaki's Godzilla: Minus Zero, releasing in international markets on November 6, 2026.

The film is being developed as a two-part mythological epic and is considered one of the biggest Indian film projects in production.

The official trailer launch is set for July 24, where the production team is expected to clarify the release schedule.
