Hrithik Roshan Leases Mumbai Office Space for Rs 17 Lakh Monthly Rent; Five-Year Deal Details

Hrithik Roshan leased a commercial property at Lotus Nilkamal Business Park in Andheri West, Mumbai, to Clearsynth Labs Limited.

The five-year lease runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, covering nearly 6,000 sq. ft. with seven office units and seven parking spaces.

Monthly rent is Rs 17 lakh for the first three years, increasing to Rs 19.55 lakh for the remaining two years; tenant provided a Rs 68 lakh security deposit.

Earlier, Hrithik Roshan with HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd acquired 10 office units in Andheri West for Rs 28 crore.

The lease follows his residential rental of Juhu apartment to Saba Azad at Rs 75,000 monthly rent.
