Hrithik Roshan leases Mumbai office space for Rs 17 lakh per month
Hrithik Roshan leased office space in Andheri West, Mumbai to Clearsynth Labs Limited for five years.
The lease, registered on June 29, 2026, covers about 6,000 sq ft at Lotus Nilkamal Business Park, with seven parking spaces.
Monthly rent starts at Rs 17 lakh for the first three years (April 1, 2026–March 31, 2029), then rises to Rs 19.55 lakh for the remaining two years.
A security deposit of Rs 68 lakh was paid, and the tenancy runs from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031.
This deal adds to Roshan's commercial holdings, following his lease of a Juhu residence to Saba Grewal for Rs 75,000 per month and joint acquisitions of office units in Andheri West.
