Hrithik Roshan Leases Andheri Commercial Office To Clearsynth Labs For ₹17 Lakh Monthly Rent

Hrithik Roshan leased commercial office space in Andheri West, Mumbai to Clearsynth Labs Limited for Rs 17 lakh monthly licence fee.

The five-year agreement, registered on June 29, 2026, covers Units 1-7 on the 17th floor of Lotus Nilkamal Business Park and includes seven car parking spaces.

The licence fee is payable in advance by the 7th of each month, with a 15% escalation from the fourth year.

The premises are for office use only, and the agreement explicitly states it does not create tenancy rights or protection under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999.

Stamp duty and registration charges of Rs 2.79 lakh were paid for the deal.
