Deepika Chikhalia on Sai Pallavi playing Sita in 'Ramayana'

Deepika Chikhalia praised Sai Pallavi as a phenomenal actor but said she doesn't know how she will look as Sita in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana'.

Chikhalia recalled that her first day on Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayan' was as Goddess Lakshmi, not Sita, and she spent seven days pressing Lord Vishnu's feet.

She noted that the original 'Ramayan' legacy remains unmatched and that being typecast as Sita made it difficult to secure other roles.
