'The Odyssey' crosses Rs 140 crore in India; braces for 'Spider-Man' clash
Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey' crossed Rs 140 crore gross at the Indian box office by its second weekend.
The film collected an estimated Rs 11.45 crore net on Day 10, a 3.6% increase over Saturday, across 4,638 shows.
The English-language version dominated with Rs 9.75 crore on Sunday, while Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu versions contributed Rs 1.40 crore, Rs 10 lakh, and Rs 20 lakh respectively.
'The Odyssey' maintained strong collections despite the blockbuster debut of 'Jana Nayagan', which grossed an estimated Rs 145.98 crore in its opening weekend.
The film now faces competition from 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', which has amassed an estimated Rs 25 crore gross in advance bookings for its opening day.
