Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey crosses ₹100 crore at Indian box office, $400 million worldwide

Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey grossed over ₹100 crore in India and $400 million worldwide in its first week.

The film had the best opening for a Nolan film and earned ₹70 crore in its Indian opening weekend.

Warner Bros Pictures India VP Denzil Dias said the ₹100 crore milestone reflects audience trust.

The Odyssey stars Matt Damon as Odysseus, with a cast including Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Robert Pattinson.

Based on Homer's epic, the film follows Odysseus's perilous journey home after the Trojan War.
