8th pay commission: Delhi, Chennai, Puducherry, Chandigarh — Full list of state visits and meetings in August, September
The 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) will hold state visits and meetings in Delhi, Chennai, Puducherry, Chandigarh, and Mumbai in August and September 2026.
The commission will interact with employee unions, federations, and associations representing central government and UT employees, including defence and railway staff.
In Delhi, meetings are scheduled for 7 and 10 August 2026 for stakeholders who have submitted memoranda and not yet interacted with the commission.
The visits are part of the consultation stage ahead of the commission's official recommendations.
The commission has been conducting state visits since April 2026 to gather suggestions from employee representatives.
