Madhya Pradesh HC designated four special fast-track courts in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, and Jabalpur.
Courts must dispose of cases within three months after filing of charge sheets.
Courts will try offences under the Lok Pariksha Adhiniyam, 2024 and related offences under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
Acting Chief Justice Vivek Rusia issued the order on July 24, 2026.
