EPFO: Here's how EPF subscribers can transfer their old provident fund to a new account

  3. EPF subscribers can transfer old provident fund to a new account via the EPFO portal or Umang app to maintain continuous service and tax benefits.

  4. On the EPFO portal, use the 'One Member-One EPF Account (Transfer Request)' option under online services, fill in UAN, select establishment, submit, and verify with OTP.

  5. If a member has multiple Universal Account Numbers (UANs), they can merge accounts by transferring funds to keep a single UAN.
