He renewed his attack on Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, calling him a criminal and saying Bihar cannot progress with him as CM.
Kishor urged BJP and NDA to appoint a capable person of good character as Chief Minister, requesting Modiji to do so.
He said the bypoll was fought over who should lead Bihar, not just local issues, and Bankipur voters sent a message to BJP leadership.
