Trans author alleges Graham cross-dressed and paid for sex

Trans author Jesse James Rose claimed Lindsey Graham paid her as a pre-transition college student for an encounter where he wore red lingerie.

Rose stated Graham gave her a 'fat stack of cash' in a hotel room and called it a 'canon trans event' that far-right politicians fund trans people while voting against them.

Graham died on July 11, 2026, reportedly from aortic dissection, prompting swift LGBTQ+ community reaction over his anti-LGBTQ+ record.

Graham opposed marriage equality, advocated against repealing 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell', voted against workplace discrimination protections, and endorsed state bans on gender-affirming care for minors.
