Matt Damon revealed that a female stunt performer doubled for him during the Laestrygonians scene in Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey'.

Christopher Nolan used practical forced perspective with 7-foot stuntmen as Laestrygonians and under-5-foot doubles for Odysseus' army, avoiding CGI.

The giant leader King Antiphates is portrayed by actor Josh Stewart, while Matt Damon's stunt double is Devyn Dalton, who is just under 5 feet.

'The Odyssey' opened with a record $264.1 million global weekend for Nolan, surpassing 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
