Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin are likely to attend the Brics Summit in New Delhi, India, on September 12-13.
If Xi attends, it will be his first visit to India since October 2019, when he came for the second informal summit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
