AAP MLA’s nephew among 7 booked for firing outside Ludhiana mall

Ludhiana police booked seven people, including Chann Grewal, nephew of an AAP MLA, in a firing incident.

The FIR was registered under sections 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 111 of BNS, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

The gunfight occurred between two groups in vehicles (Mahindra Scorpio and Toyota Fortuner) near a mall in Rajguru Nagar on Friday.

Police preliminary investigation indicates shots were fired from both vehicles, leading to charges against both groups.

The accused also include Aryan Ghuman, Aryan Dhaliwal, Nikhil Ballu, Gursevak Singh Lahoria, and two unidentified associates.
