First J&K terror attack on migrants in 21 months: Two Chhattisgarh labourers die after being shot
Two Chhattisgarh labourers, Deepak Ratray and Bopinder, died after terrorists shot them in Kulgam's Kelam area on Friday night; Ratray died at the site, Bopinder later at SKIMS Hospital in Soura.
The attack is the first on migrants in Jammu and Kashmir in 21 months, following the July 22 killing of head constable Ashiq Hussain Qureshi in Anantnag.
