Seattle Center shooting motive: Was the crime gang-related? New details emerge
Three people opened fire at the Seattle Center during the Bite of Seattle food festival, killing three and injuring others.
One victim, Junior Cee Niko Semo, 19, was also identified as one of the shooters.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and is charged with three counts of first-degree assault and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
Police believe the shooting may have been gang-related, with two groups firing at each other.
The other victims were Carlos Israel Sanchez Villalba, 44, and Ashley Whitehead, 56; all three died from gunshot wounds.
