'Not taking it for granted': Sooryavanshi after breaking Sachin's record

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored an 18-ball fifty against Zimbabwe in the first T20I in Harare on July 24, 2026.

At 15 years and 118 days, he became the youngest to score a half-century in men's international cricket, breaking Sachin Tendulkar's record.

The knock boosted Sooryavanshi's confidence after a difficult start to his international career, following a debut series against England where he managed only 42 runs across three innings.
