Investigator questions Nancy Guthrie kidnapping after another death in Pima County

Cindy Kreider, 65, was found dead in her Pima County home on July 24 with signs of trauma; her son Andre Tyrone Tillmon was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

Self-styled investigator Jonathan Lee Riches raised questions linking Kreider's suspicious death to the ongoing kidnapping case of Nancy Guthrie, 84, who was last seen in Catalina Foothills near Tucson.

Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating both cases; no direct link between Tillmon and Guthrie's kidnapping has been established.

Nancy Guthrie, mother of TODAY show host Savannah Guthrie, was reported missing on February 1 and believed kidnapped from her home.
