SC asks Centre, CBSE to detail steps taken to fix glitches in OSM system

Supreme Court asked the Union government and CBSE to detail steps taken to fix glitches in the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system.

The court noted that evaluation discrepancies caused frustration to young students.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that the petitioner's individual mark sheet grievance was addressed.

CBSE appointed a one-member committee of S Radha Chauhan to address broader reforms.

The bench directed the government and CBSE to place on record corrective measures taken so far.
