Neet's top 2 scorers: Protest is a right, reform is the answer

Aryan Gupta and Panshul Bansal scored 715 out of 720 in the NEET-UG re-examination after the May 3 exam was cancelled due to a paper leak.

Gupta secured All India Rank 1 and Bansal placed second under the tie-break rule.

Both supported students' right to protest but chose to focus on preparation for the re-test.

They advocated for computer-based testing (CBT) to reduce security risks associated with paper transport and OMR errors.

Gupta and Bansal also called for tighter security and two NEET attempts per year.
