NEET's top 2 scorers: Protest is a right, reform is the answer

Aryan Gupta and Panshul Bansal scored 715 out of 720 in NEET-UG 2026 after the May 3 exam was cancelled due to a paper leak.

Gupta secured AIR 1 and Bansal AIR 2 under tie-breaking rules.

Both supported students' right to protest but chose to prepare for the June 21 re-examination instead.

They proposed reforms including computer-based testing, tighter security, and two NEET attempts per year.
