Mother of teen girl who abused PM Modi upset as 'FIR not withdrawn' despite apology, claims CJP
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) alleged that the FIR against a teen girl for abusing PM Modi during the anti-NEET paper leak protest has not been withdrawn despite her apology.
The protest took place at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on July 23, 2026, and a Zero FIR was registered at Noida Police and later transferred to Parliament Street Police Station in New Delhi.
CJP lawyer Ratna Singh said the girl's mother is distressed that the FIR remains, and she assured the mother of legal assistance and counseling support.
PM Modi had said he forgave the 'misguided children' and urged people to forgive them, but the CJP says the FIR is still active.
The girl apologized in a video, calling the incident her 'first and last mistake'.
