Jeetendra Kapoor purchased a bungalow in Mumbai's Pali Hill from actor Bharat Bhushan for ₹4.25 lakh decades ago.

The bungalow's Burma teak wood alone fetched nearly ₹11.5 lakh during redevelopment, almost three times the original purchase price.

Media reports estimate the Pali Hill property is now worth around ₹450 crore.
