Jeetendra bought Pali Hill bungalow for ₹4.25 lakh

Jeetendra bought Bharat Bhushan's Pali Hill bungalow for ₹4.25 lakh to help him during a financial crisis.

The 3,450 sq ft plot is now valued at approximately ₹450 crore.

After moving in, four of Jeetendra's films flopped, prompting him to move out.

Jeetendra earned ₹11.5 lakh from the Burma teak wood alone during redevelopment, nearly three times the purchase price.
