Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami by the U.S. Marshals Service on a sealed warrant.
British authorities are seeking their extradition on charges of rape and sex trafficking of women between 2010 and 2017.
The brothers moved to Romania in 2016 and were arrested there in 2022 for similar allegations, but the case did not proceed due to legal irregularities.
They are expected to appear in Miami federal court early next week.
The brothers deny all allegations, calling the UK charges 'filth and slander' aimed at disrupting their U.S. defamation lawsuits.
