The court declined to comment on a proposed political march, but CJI said authorities will handle it, and if mishandled, petitioners can approach the court.
The matter was listed separately, coming after the court refused to take suo motu cognisance of police action during the July 20 'Chalo Sansad' protest at Jantar Mantar.
