Nolan Wells update: GPS data tracks movements of boat that carried teen to Horn Island as family meets DA

GPS data from Mississippi Department of Marine Resources tracked the boat Nolan Wells took to Horn Island on July 4.

The boat left a dock at 9:56 a.m., arrived at Horn Island at 11:14 a.m., and left at 4:31 p.m.

Wells was not on the boat when it left the island.

The boat later traveled to Fort Bayou and then was towed to the owner's residence in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Wells' mother met with Jackson County DA Christine Wonsley on July 15, and the case will be presented to a grand jury.
