Godzilla Actress Kaylee Hottle Dies at 18

Kaylee Hottle, who played Jia in Godzilla vs. Kong and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, died at age 18 in a car accident in Maryland.

She was born into a multi-generational Deaf family and used American Sign Language as her primary language.

Hottle attended the Texas School for the Deaf and balanced academics, athletics, and acting.

She received a Saturn Award nomination for her role as Jia, forming a bond with Kong.
