'Kader Khan would get very angry with Govinda': Shagufta Ali recalls

Shagufta Ali recalled Govinda arriving late on the 'Hero No. 1' set, often showing up at 1 or 2 pm for a 9 am shift.

Govinda's tardiness caused production challenges and frustration, including from actor Kader Khan.

Despite delays, Ali praised Govinda as a committed perfectionist, sometimes doing multiple takes after the director approved.

The set atmosphere was described as a 'paid picnic' with fun moments even when Govinda or Karisma Kapoor were absent.

During the Ooty outdoor shoot, the cast stayed at Mithun Chakraborty's hotel, who personally cooked seafood for them.
