'Will not entertain': Supreme Court rejects plea against SRK’s Mannat revamp

Supreme Court dismissed a petition against Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat revamp, citing doubts about the petitioner's bonafides.

Petition sought to quash January 3, 2025 CRZ clearance for adding seventh and eighth floors at Mannat in Bandra, Mumbai.

Petitioner Santosh Daundkar alleged no prior environmental clearance from MoEFCC for the project costing over ₹5 crore.

National Green Tribunal (NGT) had previously dismissed the plea on September 16, 2025.

CRZ clearance allowed basement, ground to eighth floor with total height over 37 metres at the actor's residence.
