Apple to launch foldable iPhone 18 Pro this year

Apple is expected to unveil its first foldable iPhone in September 2026.

A redesigned 20th anniversary iPhone and camera-equipped AI AirPods are targeted for a late 2027 launch.

The foldable iPhone and anniversary models will run on Apple's 2-nanometer A21 chip, codenamed Naxos.

Standard iPhone 18 is reportedly pushed to 2027, creating a gap of over a year and a half.

CEO John Ternus takes over on September 1, overseeing the product launches.
