Sheikh Hasina to speak to international media through audio-only link from India: Report

Former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina will address international media via audio-only link from India on August 5, 2026, in an event organized by the Foreign Correspondents' Club of South Asia.

This is her first live media interaction since leaving Bangladesh in August 2024; she will discuss her political future, including plans to return to Bangladesh.
