CWG para champions complain against IOA staff, seek action over alleged 'misconduct'
Indian para athletes Dilip Mahadu Gavit and Mohammed Basil Morssinganakathi filed formal complaints with the sports ministry and IOA against IOA media committee member Sarvesh Kedia.
The complaints allege rude and disrespectful behaviour by Kedia towards para athletes during the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
A heated argument on July 30 escalated into a brief physical altercation between Kedia and para athletics coach Satyanarayana.
Complaints were also submitted by coach Pushpa NP and PCI CEO Rahul Swami.
Gavit won gold in the men's T47 100m with a Games record of 10.71 seconds; Basil took silver with 10.83 seconds.
