"First Wicket Down, Match Isn't Over": Why CJP Protests Are Continuing Despite Dharmendra Pradhan’s Resignation

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)-led protests over the NEET paper leak forced Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign.

CJP founder Abhijit Dipke called the resignation a victory for student democracy but said protests will continue until all demands are met.

Remaining demands include action against police for lathi-charge, dropping cases against protestors, education reforms, and Rs. 1 crore compensation for families of students who died by suicide.

CJP plans a candle-light rally to press further demands for transparent exams, stronger security, and strict action against officials.

Abhijit Dipke launched CJP two months ago to address flaws in the education system and gained national traction through social media and the 'Chalo Parliament' march.
