Lalkaara: Farhan Akhtar Backs Out Of Aamir Khan-Ashutosh Gowariker's Sports Drama For THIS Film

Farhan Akhtar has backed out of the film Lalkaara, and Sidhant Gupta has been cast in the lead role.

Akhtar exited due to scheduling conflicts with his upcoming film on the life of RD Burman, which requires extensive preparation.

Despite leaving the lead role, Farhan Akhtar remains a producer on Lalkaara.

Lalkaara, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and starring Aamir Khan, is a sports saga about the 1952 India-Pakistan Test series.

Vikrant Massey has been approached for a key role in the film, though he has not yet confirmed.
