SPPU to serve as co-organiser of 100th Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan

  1. Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) will co-organise the 100th Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan from January 28 to 31, 2027, on its campus.

  2. SPPU and its affiliated colleges will host a series of literary and cultural programmes, seminars and conferences as part of the sammelan.

  3. SPPU renewed its agreement with the Indian Institute of Clinical Research & Management (IICRM) to launch the Advanced Course in Clinical Research with Artificial Intelligence (ACCRAI).

  4. An MoU with Pune Knowledge Cluster Foundation (PKCF) will enable joint research, lectures and workshops under innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.

  5. New courses approved under NEP 2020 include a 44-credit advanced course in digital humanities and archiving, and seven courses in emerging technologies such as drone piloting and electric vehicle repairing.
